While working in-house for a local government, I was the SharePoint champion for my division, developing my skills until I became one of the most proficient users in the entire organization. I created logical organizational systems, clearly documented step-by-step procedures and trained my colleagues on how to use these systems.
I have used SharePoint and other applications, such as Airtable, to create databases that not only organize essential information and files but also reveal connections and statistics used in dashboards and corporate reporting.
My goal is always to create the easiest and most intuitive system for those who need to use it, reducing their stress and giving them more time to focus on their actual work.
