Logistical services and emotional support for those who feel overwhelmed by government, housing and health care systems
I help you navigate government systems and forms, write emails and make phone calls, work through tenant-landlord issues, book medical appointments, liaise with service providers, organize documents and more.
I have experience supporting people who identify as the following:
- Neurodivergent
- Living with chronic illness and/or pain
- Migrants and those with English as a second language
- Living with mental illness
- Dislike using or get stressed out by technology
Why trust me
I have 20+ years of experience as a communications professional, with skills in research, writing, technology and systems — both designing and using.
I am fiercely committed to using my status as a white Canadian and native English speaker for the benefit of those who don’t have the same privileges.
I’ve been living with post-viral neurological dysfunction (undiagnosed) and chronic pain since I had H1N1 in 2009, and I know what it’s like to go through the gauntlet of specialists and tests and practitioners.
I have familiarity with a variety of issues and needs due to regularly helping friends, family and neighbours and working with a diversity of clients in my consulting business.
I myself am neurodivergent and have lived experience with my own mental health challenges and with supporting others through their crises.
